Resolve "Add Lazylibrarian"

I tried going through the method with the add_package.sh, but unfortunately it didn't seem to work correctly, so here's the manual attempt.

Adds lazylibrarian (sonarr/radarr for ebooks) as a service. Have tested locally and it works great. Let me know if any adjustments are required.
