What to do with outdated issues and pull requests?
In this repo we have quite many issues and pull requests which are not up-to-date anymore nor it seems that there is any enthusiasm from the creators or issues/PRs to fix them.
Some of these are severely outdated. I've seen in other repos the issues and/or PRs gets closed automatically after some time of inactivity (e.g. 3-6 months).
With many issues/PRs being inactive for more than 6 months and the initiative to refactor a little the way to have and test services, should we just close everything or go one by one through issues and PRs which are older than 6 months?
