Remove wal from the siadir

Overview

This MR removes the wal from the siadir. The .siadir files contain metadata information that can be recalculated on the fly so there is little risk for these to be non ACID. The persistence was updated to use a checksum at the beginning of the file to check for corruption. If the file persistence is expected to be corrupt based on the checksum, the metadata is reinitialized.
