Overview

Stemming from this discussion, this MR makes 2 updates to the siad -M modules flag.

1. It adds parsing of module names, so users can do siad -M renter now. This helps prevent issues from users forgetting a module.
2. It automatically enables accounting and feemanager if the wallet is enabled. This is to again protect users from forgetting modules that are not required but provided useful information/utility.
