MR Guidelines

Overview

This MR enables the use of wildcard subdomains, like *.siasky.net, which enables Skapps to make use of cookies confined within that subdomain. The wildcard will be a base32 encoded version of the Skylink, we need it to be base32 encoded because URLs are case-insensitive.

Note that this MR needs a custom Nginx configuration in order for it to work. See: https://github.com/NebulousLabs/skynet-webportal/pull/329
