MERGE REQUEST

Overview

- I'll change the index.html on upload/download
- I'll change the redirects to only happen when we're missing the trailing slash
- we'll directly serve the content of the default path otherwise
- I'll disable all failing tests, so we can test on siasky.dev before we invest the time to fix those
