[MINOR] Add racevars to test-long

Overview

I stumbled over https://gitlab.com/NebulousLabs/Sia/-/jobs/648582593 which is a very rare race condition. For some reason the stack couldn't be restored and it seems the cause of this is the fact that we don't use the racevars in make test-long.

So hopefully this MR helps reveal the cause of the race the next time it occurs.
