Increase documentation around the setting of local path to empty string

Overview

There is a place in the upload/repair code that was automatically setting the local path of a siafile to an empty string if the file is not found on disk. This caused my renter node to remove all the local paths of all my files, thus making them unrepairable and many unrecoverable.

This MR increase the documentation around that so that it is more clear to users that this will happen.
