Filler

Alright buncha changes.

I simplified some of the things, like transaction types and arbitrary data.

I added a few half-baked references, we might want to integrate them a bit more cleanly.

And I fleshed out everything that I think it's important to flesh out.

Other than being pretty unreadable, I think it's ready for peer review. So if we can make it more readable, we can send it off.

Tomorrow we can outline a programming plan, and then start implementing stuff.
