Contract spending siatest NDF

Description of Bug and Fix

There is an ndf in the siatest renter package where uploads are failing in the helper function that tries to renew contracts by spending. This MR is adding additionally logging information to help debug the NDF. I would recommend this MR gets merged in so that all the other branches off of master will have the additional logging information for their pipelines. I ran two different tests in loops to try and recreated the ndf but was unable to reproduce it.
