Whitepaper

Went through and added some things according to the criticisms I've been getting.

Removed the word 'host' from the whitepaper, instead replacing it with 'storage provider' and 'provider' for some reason.

Fixed up some of the english, removed the thanks section.

Brought back some of the adjustment sections. I intend to flesh them out more fully.

Still haven't talked about sianotes or economic theory yet. We'll worry about that once we add sianotes to the codebase, and economic theory can come last since I'm still working everything out in my head.
