Release tweaks

I should note that the change to the transaction pool max sized transaction is going to cause issues unless a sufficient percentage of the hashrate upgrades. Things might be shaky for the first 24 hours, but one of the pools has said they can upgrade by then.

At that point, large transactions make not be confirmed for a few blocks, but they will be confirmed eventually. As miners continue to upgrade, this problem will disappear.
