Storage Proofs

Now, the hosts will submit the storage proofs. It looks like bad things happened and we somehow ended up with redundant commits :(

Would this have been avoided with rebase? Is there an easy fix for this?

Some of the code has been shredded pretty badly by this PR. I think a good milestone for going from closed beta to open beta would be reorg'ing the code to pull all of the bugs. Also increased support for managing files, as well as some basic html/css/js to replace the command line.

Should we make milestones?
