Fast Loading Animation and Add Exit Loop for External Siad

  • Faster loading animation (1 spin and then exit). For external siad processes that are already loaded, we reduce the amount of time needed for the user to wait before seeing the main screen.

  • Add an else condition for non-managed siad to ensure the app exists even if siad isn't being managed by the UI (bug)
