Update for Codemirror 0.20. Fixes #1

Updated @codemirror/language and basic-setup to 0.20 and removed the obsolete stream-parser. The ^ version range is removed from the other packages to prevent them from updating to the non-working versions of Rollup.

Just a heads up, I had to delete node_modules and package-lock.json and do a clean install to get it working.
