Fix clockmaker and pinup print statements and formatting, #12: inconsistent behavior
- Fix print statement in pinup and clockmaker.
- sanitize some paths.
- Make clockmaker permitrootlogin value sane. #12
- Black format all of that to 72 columns wide.
