distclean and clean are different. "clean" is part of build and conditional
casing for "clean" therefore makes sense.

Driver pages about those only emitting 2-digit years now have warnings
attached. More drivers now have eprecation marks for this reason.

These caused too much turis around which compilers have them as builtins
and which do not.

Tandem mode is now briefly documented and a configuratuion example is given.

The entire Oncore line has been EOLed.  The bug is for hardware 15
years old in 1017.  Fix the driver doc to note this and mark the driver
deprecated - to be removed in a future release.

Carries through the use of driver-unit pairs (rather than magic addresses)
as device identifiers, in the peerstats and rawstats files.  The
clockstats file had already been converted.
