Clean up python

Fixes the main overview page up a lot

• Merge index and anaconda discussions
• Remove trailing spaces
• Remove old cruft that nobody actually uses or tries anymore
• Update with best practices
• Motivate miniconda more strongly
• Add links
• Fix up "note" and "tip" and "attention" things
