Changed vartime code block indentation to 4 spaces.

The fenced code blocks showing annotated examples of variable-time Slurm job scripts were indented by 8 spaces, not 4. This caused the admonition blocks for Edison and Cori KNL, which are collapsed by default, to not have syntax highlighting. This patch restores syntax highlighting to those two blocks.
