Remove details about running ORCA from Shifter and point to ORCA docs page instead.

Submitters and reviewers please make sure

  • avoid links named "here"
  • alt-text for images is descriptive (N/A)
  • doesn't duplicate existing content
  • spell check
  • renders correctly
  • does not include any identifiable information (real usernames, project names, etc)

I'll make an issue and assign to myself to rename the container image.
