Draft: notes on loading packages after Spack installation
Added a note to the Spack documentation detailing the spack load -r and spack find --loaded commands, which can be useful for loading Spack-installed packages into a user's $PATH.
Marking this as a draft, since I want to test it once again to be sure it behaves as expected.
