With the conclusion of Drexel University's 2018-2019 CCI Senior Project
sequence I (VictorSCushman) shall conclude involvement with the N
Programming Language.

With this commit I remove TODOs addressed to me in the compiler source
code as I will not longer be involved with their solutions / fixes.

I additionally choose to remove myself from the optional AUTHORS list as
I would prefer not to associate my name with the future of the project.

I hereby also relinquish to the N-Lang team ownership of any and all
code and documentation committed to this repository *after* commit
8bbccb51 (dated Thursday the 4th of October, 2018) that is otherwise
not explicitly covered under the terms of the Apache License 2.0.
