• Fix #414 (closed) (when trying to copy a file on itself).
• Fix #412 (closed) and use templated filenames for Dyson and NT orbitals (to make sure they're copied to MOLCAS_OUTPUT).

• Documentation updated or not needed.
• Test created or not needed.
• Attribution in source files and CONTRIBUTORS.md updated if necessary.
