Make it possible to define different spaces for the action of HEXS and DEXS keywords

Extend functionality of HEXS and DEXS keywords, such that they can be applied simultaneously on different spaces. This can be used to generate more flexible RASSI-compatible wavefunctions upon GASSI is not available.
