R1 id comp

Adding the new circuit devices that got added for the ID compensation in R1. The placement of these circuit devices can be discussed - according to Magnus they do not have to be linked to the S-sections since the magnets are not placed there. However, they are then listed in a nonintuitive way. for achromats 8 and 12 they do not appear at all and appear to be overridden by the main R1 circuits.
