Update to enable Simple Antagonist sheets to use splat powers

I use vampire/werewolf/etc antagonists a lot, and would like to have their powers handy when using the simple antagonist sheets.

Note that any sheets using the "simple antagonist" sheet before this update would have to be re-made (since the derived templates for the splats weren't in the simple antagonist sheet before now.)

Aside from that though, after doing some testing, it seems to work just fine.
