Fixed a bug preventing me from running runinng the 'simulated online analysis' offline.

Also decreased Sigma for gaussian filtering from 2.5 to 2 as a high sigma filters out animals. TODO: Make this a function depening on the minimal size of the animal and the pixel/mm!
