Improvement of Display tracked experiment, changed 0 in csv to nan

  1. Fixed incorrect path pointer to undistort files in image_data_handling.py

  2. In Display Tracked Experiment added option to interpolate head and tail.

  3. In Display Tracked Experiment added option to cut trajectory.

  4. Display Tracked experiment doesn't throw error if no heads.npy or tails.npy files is present.

  5. Fixed bug that would result in the bounding box info not being saved in a time-dependent stimulus experiment (#80 (closed)).

  6. The output data.csv file now contains 'NaN' instead of zero for missing information (#74).
