  1. Added option to not save binary and skeleton npy files. See #52 (closed) why I chose not to turn it off always.

  2. Saving the used threshold in data.csv for on-the-fly binary image reconstruction

  3. Bounding Box is now saved in data.csv

  4. Added FAQ question based on #57 (closed) where camera cable was faulty.
