Add "Neat menu" layout
This is a layout I made by remixing the Arc Menu layout. The name was a WIP, so you can change it if you want to.
I've added ShortcutButtonItem and PlaceButtonItem to have the round buttons for places and shortcuts.
The only issue I could find was that when adding too many items to the side menu the buttons squish instead of becoming a scroll view.
