Arc Menu opens at the wrong location when in fullscreen mode
(1) - Describe the Issue
When watching videos in fullscreen mode (tested via Youtube (Firefox tab) and VLC (most recent version: Snap installation) - probably applicable to other fullscreen applications), the Arc Menu appears at the wrong location (Left Super key used).
The Arc Menu is always rendered at the top left corner of the desktop (probably (0,0) in coordinate system) and cut of on satellite monitors because their highest pixel row y-coordinate is >>0 when the bottom horizontal pixel lines are aligned.
