Cannot add new email to gerrit account

Hi, it seems that the gerrit is currently unable to add new email addresses to an account. When attempting to do so via the review.lineageos.org website, it fails to send a verification email. Meanwhile, trying to do so via bash results in fatal: modify account not permitted. Thanks.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
