Makefile: bring the rootfs size down

rootfs_resize into main

Due to hitting size limits on x15, and generally this is a good thing these changes bring in:

155M build/debian/trixie/amd64/rootfs.ext4.xz 157M build/debian/trixie/amd64/rootfs.tar.xz

to

129M build/debian/trixie/amd64/rootfs.ext4.xz 130M build/debian/trixie/amd64/rootfs.tar.xz
