Don't pass job if tests fails. Use same u-boot meta-ts hash to test in LAVA

  • CI: Expose and propagate U-Boot SRCREV through CI and LAVA jobs.

  • The LAVA tests will now fail the pipeline, as oeqa tests have been moved to gpit repo.
