trs-image: add composefs

Tools to handle creating and mounting composefs images.

Flexible mechanism to support read-only mountable filesystem trees, stacking on top of Linux filesystem.

It will allow to enable filesystem integrity by leveraging the stack: ostree -> composefs -> fs-verity
