Add gather results scipt to pipeline

Katie Worton requested to merge Linaro/lkft/users/katie.worton/retrigger-pipeline:gather_results into main

Add a stage to the retrigger pipeline which is triggered once the results are available in SQUAD. When this callback is triggered, read the results of the retriggered tests from SQUAD, and send a POST request to RegBot containing the results summary.
