Merge the x15 and hikey repositories in different jobs
so that when one of them failed it would not affect the other one.
Currently only both passed is marked as pass for the pipeline merge job

The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
