Remove K3S from Corstone-1000
Due to performance limitations, K3S cannot currently be deployed on the Corstone-1000 platforms (FVP and MPS3).
On the Corstone-1000 only, remove:
- K3S tests
- K3S kernel configuration checks
- K3S distro feature
- K3S components from image
