Draft: cassini-tests: Change ptest-runner srcrev

Adam Johnston requested to merge adam.johnston2/meta-cassini:topics/CAS-2/AMPLATFORMS-2438-2 into mickledore-dev

The ptest-runner recipe is pointing to a non-release version, which results in abrupt process halt. Therefore, change ptest-runner to use v2.4.2 release tag.
