Change ptest-runner srcrev

The ptest-runner recipe is pointing to a non-release version, which results in abrupt process halt. Therefore, change ptest-runner to use v2.4.2 release tag.

We are using SRCREV:cassini due to QA check layer checks reporting failure on signature when we only modify SRCREV version.

The signature check takes in account, if this layer is included universally, then it would take this change which should not be the case, but if we point it to a distro or specific platforms then that would satisfy the conditions on the layer check
