ci: Adjust KV260 Ptest timeouts

Both Parsec and PSA integration tests take less than 10 minutes to run on KV260. This change reduces job timeouts, so LAVA boards don't get blocked for hours in case of stalling.

Also, use default timeout (300s) for both user-accounts and container-engine tests.
