Draft: ci: Add ACS tests for KV260 [no splitting]

ACS image is missing some Zynqmp-related config. Therefore, ethernet is never up.

This merge request:

  1. Adds a manual job to build a patched ACS image.
  2. Adds ACS tests to be triggered weekly on KV260.
