Add Greengrass Parsec plugin

This MR does the following:

  • Add Amazon Corretto dev image so we can use it to build the Greengrass Parsec plugin.

  • Align with Java version used by meta-aws

  • Add the recipe to download parsec plugin

  • Use parsec keys when provisioning DUT
