Enable PARSEC E2E tests on KV260

Now that we have switched to the PSA variant KV260, we can run the same tests we are running on other platforms.

Add the PARSEC simple e2e tests

Run the following for weekly/nightly builds only:

  • PSA API tests
  • PARSEC simple e2e tests

Timeouts are adjusted accordingly.
