Read the Docs have identified a security vulnerability with readthedocs-sphinx-search. This vulnerability could allow an attacker to inject arbitrary HTML content when including searching results from a malicious project

Read the Docs strongly recommend updating to the latest version (0.3.2) as soon as possible.
