ci: Remove part of n1sdp recovery image location path

Drew Reed requested to merge dreedarm/meta-cassini:topics/AMPLATFORMS-3571-kirkstone-dev into kirkstone-dev

The beginning of the location path to the N1SDP board recovery images has changed so we now include it in the GitLab variable definition rather than in the lava job definition directly.
