Documentation changes after OoB testing

Follow up on feedback from Out-Of-Box testing:

  • Test durations in the docs should match worst case across platforms (as observed in CI)
  • Add instruction to wipe secure storage and reset device before running tests
  • Move note about K3S on the MPS3 from developer manual to user manual
