config: Fix main branch build issues

This merge request has 2 changes:

  1. The upstream meta-secure-core repo has changed the name of the directory containing the secure-core layer from meta to meta-secure-core-common so we need to include the new directory in our kas file. (Same change as: !173 (merged) merge request)

  2. The SDK build fails after systemtap upgrade on openembedded-core. This is fixed by additional configurations.
