ci: Increase ACS timeout for Corstone-1000 FVP (weekly run)

The ACS test suite is run as a whole without splitting them during weekly testing, which requires a longer timeout. Therefore add a condition to change this timeout.

Further, also increase the timeout for ACS test split runs due to ACS 6 failing

Also fixes a code quality warning.
