This is Cassini release v1.1.0

Config changes:

• Pins SHAs for all dependent layers *
• Bump version to 1.1.0

Distro changes:

• Set distro version for release *

Documentation changes:

• Adds release notes for v1.1.0
• Replace ping with wget when verifying the network
• Remove verbose option for Corstone-1000 FVP
• Update Yocto layer documentation
• Update colors in layer diagram
• Remove verbose option for Corstone-1000 FVP

CI Changes:

• Adjust ACS test timeouts for Corstone-1000 FVP

BSP Changes:

• Enable SE IOCTL logs for Corstone-1000 FVP
• Move wait-online.sh script to base image for Corstone-1000 FVP

Notes:

• Release will be tagged automatically when MR merged
• Commits marked '*' will not be cherry-picked back to main
• Documentation updates need the pinned SHAs, therefore they cannot be merged to nanbield-dev first
